In a subterranean gallery under controlled climatic conditions we age our wines stored in imported oak barrels for periods between 6 and 12 months for our “Reserva” wines and for 12 to 24 for our “Gran Reserva” wines allowing us to enhance their aromas, flavors and special nuances.
